  2. Subscriptions and Bookings

    1. Platform: All subscriptions and bookings must be made via the Site’s online forms and integrated payment platforms.

    2. Availability: Services and subscription spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

    3. Confirmation: Upon successful booking or subscription, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding your service.

    4. Refund and Cancellation Policy: All bookings and subscriptions are final. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or client-initiated changes. Requests for rescheduling must be directed via email and are subject to availability and discretion.

  3. Merchandise Orders

    1. Ordering: Merchandise orders must be placed through our Site’s eCommerce section. Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering.

    2. Delivery: Merchandise delivery is available across the UK. Delivery fees and times are provided at checkout.

    3. Refund and Cancellation Terms: Orders are final once placed. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted unless goods are faulty or incorrect.
